our service and support on multiple levels from shared

NetNation has invested considerable resources in network, power,
and climate control redundancy –so much that we are able
to offer our Managed Hosting and Dedicated clients the following
service level guarantees for those customers that possess the
NetNation Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• 100% Network Uptime as specified in SLA.
• 1 hour hardware replacement SLA
• Maximum datacentre temperature SLA
Each of NetNation's shared web site hosting plans carries a
30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied
with our services within the first 30 days of your contract,
you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding
setup fees and overages.
Setup fees are only refundable in the following cases:
(1) the account order is cancelled prior to activation; or
(2) the domain name was not available at the registry.
For web hosting contracts of 3 months or less, the full contract
amount minus any setup fees and overages will be refunded if
NetNation is notified within the first 30 days following activation.
No refund is available after the 30th day.
This policy does not apply to any additional services such as
overages, disk space, pop accounts, domain parking, domain name
All cancellations must be requested over the telephone as per
the deadlines indicated. Fax notifications are also acceptable.
